Leadership

A Message from our President

Greetings!
Welcome to our website!

I am Drema Lee Woldman, Chapter President of the Chicago Metropolitan Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW), and it is my pleasure to bring greetings on behalf of our 145 charter members.

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, nationally, has a rich history of leadership, service, and advocacy through its programs focusing on Health, Education and Economics. In addition, it is known for its leadership development, mentoring, and public policy and advocacy programs. As a new chapter, our mission is to uphold all that NCBW stands for and take advocacy to a new level as we shore up our programs and form partnerships in the Chicagoland Community.

Our theme, as we build and move forward, is “Pathways to Advocacy, Collaboration, and Leadership.” We are enthused, energized, and excited about partnering with other like entities as we advocate, collaborate and lead the charge to empower Black women and girls.

Just like our day-to day lives are ever changing landscapes, then so is our website. It is a living document and will grow as we grow, so please come back and visit us often to see all of the exciting initiatives that will take place.

At Your Service,
Drema Lee Woldman, President
Chicago Metropolitan Chapter
National Coalition of 100 Black Women
